Soul Tending Workshop Series - Fall 2026
You arrived in this world carrying something specific- a way of seeing, healing, creating, or knowing that is yours alone. Somewhere along the way, life, conditioning, and the demands of being human can bury that knowing under layers of conditioning and expectations. Slowly we lose connection with ourselves, others, the world around us, and the land itself leaving us feeling empty and alone.
This 10-week series is an invitation to reclaim your sacred self.
Held in an intimate circle of just 6 participants, this series combines shamanic journeying, intuitive exploration, and hands-on creative process to help you reconnect with your soul, your gifts, and your own sense of authority supported by both the spirit realm and the natural world.
Each session blends shamanic journeying, reflection on the messages and imagery received, and a crafting practice designed to help you integrate and hold onto what surfaces. No prior journeying experience is required.
Part 1: Basics of Journeying (3 sessions)
Part 2: Reconnect with a Helping Spirit (3 sessions)
Part 3: Reconnect with Your True Self (3 sessions)
Final Session: Integration Ritual & Ceremony
Materials
1) A drum or rattle is not required. Dr. Mason will drum live for the group throughout the series to facilitate journeying. If you'd like your own drum or rattle for practice outside of sessions, you're welcome to purchase one. Dr. Mason recommends the Remo Buffalo Drum as a great option.
2) Crafting is a component of this workshop series, and you are strongly encouraged to gather crafting materials that will support your engagement and learning of the workshop material. You can choose any type of crafting that resonates for your experience, and the decision is entirely yours to make. Examples of crafting supplies that you might gather for the workshop series might include for materials for collaging, quick-dry clay, yarn & other materials for crochet/knitting/weaving, drawing and/or coloring materials, etc.
